Job Summary:

Innsite Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic and target-driven Sales & Pre-Sales Executives to manage customer inquiries, generate quality leads, arrange site visits, and close real estate property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding property inquiries

• Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Schedule and conduct site visits

• Perform regular follow-ups and negotiate deals

• Maintain accurate client data in CRM

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

• Experience: 0–3 years in sales, pre-sales, or real estate (Freshers can apply)

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
