Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell welding consumables and related products.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, fabricators, OEMs, and industrial customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical product support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.

Eligibility:

✔ Mandatory experience in the Welding Consumables / Welding Industry.
✔ Experience in industrial or B2B sales will be preferred.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
✔ Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
✔ Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
