Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate quality leads.

• Explain GrowtTech’s products, trading software, and technology solutions to potential clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Follow up with leads, inquiries, and prospective customers to drive conversions.

• Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the technical team when required.

• Maintain accurate customer records, lead details, and daily sales activity reports.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Work towards monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Stay updated on company products, services, and sales processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–1 year of sales experience are preferred.

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, self-motivated, and customer-oriented attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Willingness to learn about trading technology, software products, and FinTech solutions.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow up professionally.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.

• Hindi and English communication skills are preferred.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
