We organise domestic and international tours, manage bookings (flights, hotels, transport), prepare itineraries, and ensure smooth end-to-end travel planning.
As a Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience, you will help convert travel leads into confirmed bookings, manage client relations, and support customers from enquiry to post-travel follow-up. You will use your sales and communication skills to meet targets, provide great service, and help grow the company’s travel business.
Communicate with clients (walk-ins, phone calls, email, WhatsApp) to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
Promote and sell travel / tour packages (domestic & international): flights, hotels, transport, sightseeing, full-package tours.
Customize travel itineraries and holiday packages based on client needs; prepare quotations and cost plans.
Manage end-to-end bookings: coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers and other vendors to confirm services.
Maintain and update client and booking records in CRM or internal systems.
Follow up with clients to confirm bookings, collect payments, handle travel documentation (visas, insurance if applicable), and support post-sales queries.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Stay updated on travel destinations, trends, travel regulations, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written). Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages (e.g. Kannada, Hindi) is a plus.
Strong sales and negotiation skills; target-driven mindset.
Customer-service oriented, with friendly, patient and solution-oriented attitude.
Good organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and manage bookings, client follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
Basic computer literacy — ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word), email, WhatsApp / messaging, Google Sheets / CRM tools as needed.
