Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executives to grow the Direct Deallss network by onboarding local business owners, service providers, and partners.
The candidate should be passionate about sales, communication, field marketing, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit local markets, shops, showrooms, and business areas
• Explain Direct Deallss App benefits to business owners
• Register new business owners on the platform
• Convert free registrations into paid subscriptions
• Generate leads for city partners and referral network
• Build strong relationships with local traders and service providers
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Submit daily activity reports
• Support promotional campaigns, events, and awareness drives
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Required Skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic smartphone handling knowledge
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Confidence in meeting new people
• Ability to work in field sales environment
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
• Local market knowledge is preferred
Qualification
• Minimum 12th Pass
