Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients from the existing lead database.
Understand client requirements and explain event services clearly and confidently.
Follow up regularly with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain and update lead status on CRM or tracking sheets.
Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales or operations team if needed.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth pre-sales communication.
Achieve monthly lead conversion and follow-up targets.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (or pursuing).
0–2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales (event industry preferred but not mandatory).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (or local language).
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
