Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our retail mart team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.

• Provide detailed information about products, prices, and offers.

• Maintain proper product display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness in the store.

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and returns as required.

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.

• Keep track of inventory levels and inform the store manager of stock requirements.

• Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.

• Support in periodic stock audits and product promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Prior experience in retail sales or FMCG mart preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and customer-focused approach.

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
