Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in retail or direct sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organized

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and operate POS systems

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features

• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets

• Resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently

• Support team members and contribute to store goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a similar customer service role

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Strong work ethic and a customer-first attitude
