Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiry registration and order booking
Prepare and negotiate quotations with customers
Process sales orders and coordinate dispatch activities
Track calibration and training certificate status
Coordinate with service team for service-related orders
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth sales operations
Required Skills:
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic understanding of sales processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) & ERP
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
