Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

• Assist in promoting and explaining investment product software to potential clients.

• Support senior sales team members in identifying leads and conducting product demonstrations.

• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.

• Work towards achieving basic monthly sales goals after training.

Client Handling & Coordination

• Communicate with clients to understand their basic requirements.

• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.

• Coordinate with senior team members to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Customer Support

• Handle customer inquiries regarding product usage, account setup, or general support.

• Provide clear and helpful answers through phone, chat, or email.

• Escalate technical issues to the support team when needed.

Payment & Billing Queries

• Assist customers with basic payment or billing-related questions.

• Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for payment status or issues.

• Guide customers through the payment process if required.
