Position: Sales Executive
Location: Thane, Mumbai
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves managing retail sales, expanding product reach, and developing strong relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure consistent product availability and growth in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage retail coverage and ensure product visibility at outlets.
Develop new customers and expand the retail and distribution network.
Generate secondary sales through effective channel management.
Coordinate with activation teams for market development.
Maintain relationships with key retailers and distributors.
Achieve sales targets and ensure market growth year-on-year.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA preferred.
2–4 years of experience in Sales (FMCG, FMCD, or Building Materials preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
