Sales Coordinator / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Execution:

  • Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities to meet targets and deadlines. 

  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials. 

• Service Coordination:

  • Handle service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. 

  • Coordinate with service teams to resolve issues and provide timely support. 

• Quality Control:

  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards. 

  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any quality issues. 

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. 

  • Implement safety protocols and train personnel on safety practices. 

• Team Management:

  • Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support. 

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment. 

• Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate with various departments, including production, engineering, and quality assurance. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and improve processes. 

• Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and service activities. 

  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques and other process improvement initiatives. 

  • Identify and implement solutions to optimize workflow and efficiency. 

Qualifications:

• Education:

  High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 

• Experience:

  4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or service environment. 

• Skills:

  Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in relevant software, such as manufacturing software or ERP systems. 

• Other Skills:

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
