Customer Communication & Conversion
Handle calls/messages from all sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, Meesho, social media, WhatsApp).
Understand requirements, share quotations, and convert into invoices.
Follow up until order confirmation and payment.
Invoicing & Order Processing
Create invoices in Tally and update MIS sheets.
Coordinate with order processing for packing and dispatch planning.
Dispatch & Post-Sales Support
Track orders until delivery and update customers.
Handle post-delivery queries to ensure satisfaction.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work with stock team for availability and trending products.
Coordinate with marketing/e-commerce for launches, catalogues, and promotions.
Share customer feedback and competitor insights.
Strong communication and persuasion.
Consultative selling approach.
Basic Tally & Excel knowledge.
Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask with accuracy.
