Hiring – Ticket Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and focused Ticket Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle ticket booking (Train, Bus, Hotel, & Flight), cancellation, and rescheduling
Assist the employee with ticket-related inquiries
Maintain booking records and employee details
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Handle calls, emails, and employee support professionally
Prepare daily reports and maintain documentation

Requirements:

Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Attention to detail and multitasking skills
Freshers can also apply
should be available 24/7 for ticket booking and cancellation, & rescheduling.

Qualification: Any Graduate/ Undergraduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days Working (Sunday Fix off)

Location: Kandivali East
