Responsibilities -

1. Boosting sales effectiveness & productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring up-to-date sales materials

2. Assisting sales teams with administrative tasks and coordination

3. Handling sales logistics and shipment coordination

4. Handling sales inquiries and orders by phone or email

5. Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations

6. Assisting with sales presentations and materials preparation

7. Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records

8. Collaborating with marketing and finance teams on sales-related tasks

9. Cross Selling and Up selling.
