Post- Sales Coordinator

Job Location -Kapurbawadi -Thane

Key Responsibilities:

Assisted Sales Executives with complete back-office coordination to ensure smooth and successful sales transactions.
Prepared customer quotations as per sales instructions using Excel and Word, converted to PDF, and shared with sales executives.
Managed quotation revisions as and when required.
Maintained systematic filing and storage of client Purchase Orders (POs).
Generated and issued Purchase Orders to vendors post negotiation finalization.
Verified client credit limits and informed sales executives in case of any shortfall.
