Job Overview
Ace Tex (Colour Theory) is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator / Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage customer enquiries and sales leads, coordinate closely with the sales team, and ensure smooth handling of samples, courier dispatches, and client follow-ups. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced textile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Core / First-Priority Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead allocation, follow-ups, pricing, and order status
Manage samples: preparation, tracking, dispatch, and follow-up with clients
Coordinate courier dispatches, maintain dispatch records, and track deliveries
Conduct regular follow-up calls with clients for enquiries, samples, feedback, and pending actions
Maintain and update lead and enquiry records accurately
Additional Responsibilities
Handle customer calls professionally and provide timely textile-related information
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and follow-ups
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure closure
Work collaboratively with sales, dispatch, and operations teams
Meet performance expectations related to response time, customer satisfaction, and coordination efficiency
Job Requirements
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Sales coordination, customer handling, textile industry experience preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Gujarati preferred)
Comfortable with regular client calling and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, email coordination
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Work Details
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 days a week
Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
