Key Responsibilities for Sales Coordinator
• Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order processing and inquiries
• Prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports, and presentations
• Maintain customer databases and sales records in CRM/software
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries
• Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support
