Key Responsibilities:
Attend customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and share product details, prices, and availability.
Prepare quotations, sales invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders.
Handle daily billing entries with accuracy.
Coordinate with the sales team for order confirmation and customer follow-up.
Check stock availability before confirming orders.
Coordinate with dispatch/courier/transport team for timely delivery
Update customers about order status, delivery details, and payment status.
Maintain customer records, invoice records, and billing documents.
Follow up with customers for pending payments when required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
