Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

The Grand Heritage Resorts is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our wedding, hospitality, and events business. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings for weddings, social events, corporate events, and resort stays.

- Handle inbound and outbound client communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.

- Conduct venue visits, client presentations, and follow-ups.

- Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, corporate clients, travel partners, and other business associates.

- Maintain accurate client records and regularly update the CRM.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience from enquiry to event execution.

- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Represent The Grand Heritage Resorts professionally at exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities whenever required.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

- Prior experience in hospitality, events, sales, marketing, or business development will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.

- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

Work Expectations

- Willingness to handle client enquiries and calls beyond regular working hours whenever required.

- Availability to attend client calls and follow-ups on Sundays and public holidays based on business requirements.

- Flexibility to work during weddings, events, exhibitions, and peak business periods.

- Day compensations will be provided for eligible additional work as per company policy.
