Key Responsibilities

Undergraduate, Graduate, or Diploma holders can apply.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in BPO, Customer Service, International Voice Process, Technical Support, or Sales Support is an advantage.
Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and neutral accent.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
