2.Department (Functional Area) :- Sales & Marketing
3. Reporting To: - Department HOD
4.Company/Working Location: - Moraiya, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

5.Salary:- 3 LPA - 5 LPA

6. Any Graduate
7. Experience :- 0-3

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints through calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Support) to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.

• Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements to enhance retention and satisfaction.

• Prepare and share regular reports on customer service metrics and CRM activity.

• Contribute to CRM campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM software.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
