Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for extensively working in Sales and Technical coordination. This includes the ability to provide basic technical support to the sales team and customers and ensure smooth operation of sales activities within the Organization. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
The primary focus should be to provide technical support the sales team and customers and facilitate the sales process by organizing and communication to cross functional team members within the organization. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the sales cycle to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Sales and Technical Support: Serve as a technical expert, providing in-depth knowledge of product specifications and applications. Respond to technical queries from customers, providing accurate and timely support by providing technical assistance and recommendations, preparing and sending sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients. Liaise with the production, engineering and R&D teams to ensure technical feasibility and customization of products. Provide feedback from customers to the technical team for product development or improvement.
Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently by entering details to ERP, ensuring that all required techno-commercial information is complete and accurate. Coordinate with engineering, production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
