We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Sales Coordinator to support key coordination tasks for sales and service functions. This role involves travel within Maharashtra and Goa and requires effective communication with field teams, vendors, technicians, and internal departments. The candidate will also support payment collection follow-ups, contract renewals, and customer service reviews.
· Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal accounts teams for seamless workflow execution.
· Communicate effectively with field teams to ensure operational alignment.
· Support payment collection follow-ups and maintain payment tracking reports.
· Assist in scheduling and coordinating service review meetings with customers.
· Monitor contract renewal timelines and assist in executing renewals with customers.
· Travel across Maharashtra and Goa as required for on-ground coordination.
· 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Detail-oriented and well-organized
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
· Experience in payment follow-ups, service coordination, or contract renewal processes
