Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator (Female) to support our sales team in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and general computer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
  
  

• Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
  
  

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally.
  
  

• Coordinate between sales, dispatch, and accounts departments.
  
  

• Prepare basic reports and documents using Microsoft Office tools.
  
  

• Ensure timely documentation and communication with clients.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  
  

• Basic computer knowledge (email, file handling, data entry).
  
  

Good verbal and written communication skills.
