Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide back office support to the internal sales team.

• Coordinate customer communication and support tasks effectively.

• Assist in admin responsibilities related to order processing and internal reporting.

• Manage internal sales coordination, including updates and follow-ups from clients.

• Help with appointment setting, order tracking, and client interactions.

• Make quotations to customers and ensure timely sharing of pricing and proposals.

• Fix appointments for product demonstrations and meetings with clients.

• Maintain constant follow-up with customers to ensure engagement and closure.

• Review performance on a weekly and monthly basis to track sales coordination metrics.

• Coordinate with the Purchase Department to streamline the Sales Order process.
