Job Description

Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders and inquiries.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders to customers.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the production, planning, and dispatch departments to execute orders.
Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases.
Handle customer communication through email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports and presentations.
Track order status and update customers regarding dispatch and delivery.
