Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing sales documentation, coordinating with customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Process customer orders and coordinate with operations and logistics for timely delivery.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and order status.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and feedback.
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Operations, and Dispatch.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain proper filing of sales records.
Support the sales team during meetings, presentations, and client visits when required.
Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or in a similar role.
Freshers with good communication and computer skills are also encouraged to apply.
