Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Pragati Agri Products.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain customer relationships.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and share sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights with management.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions .
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Agriculture/Marketing/Business preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office ,knowledge of AI tools, net browsing
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to pushing sales.
