Provide necessary support to the sales team (e.g., preparing quotations, proposals, follow-up lists).

Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) schedules and renewals if applicable.
Maintain communication with clients via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Handle basic customer queries or route them to the concerned person.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the internal team.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Keep customer and lead databases updated (e.g., in Excel, CRM, or Google Sheets).
Create and maintain MIS reports.
Coordinate with field sales executives and technicians to ensure timely service.
Help arrange internal team meetings or share team updates.
Track team sales targets and update management on progress.
Support the team in achieving targets through reminders, lead tracking, etc.
