Job Description: Sales Coordinator
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing leads, creating and tracking quotations, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating with clients and the sales team, and supporting overall sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain lead entry and customer data accuracy in CRM.
Create quotations with required details within timelines
Send quotations to clients and follow up as per schedule.
Update quotation status and create Sales Orders/MRs
Coordinate with clients and sales team from lead to closure.
Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Make daily calls to customers and support marketing campaigns.
Collect client reviews and testimonials.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication (English), persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Good rapport building, listening, and questioning skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, email writing, internet, and CRM software.
