To provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring effective client communication, smooth coordination between departments, and timely execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities & Indicative Activities
1. Quotation & Proposal Preparation
• Draft quotations as per client requirements, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain standard templates and update price lists regularly.
2. Order Coordination
• Track sales orders from receipt to dispatch.
• Liaise with production, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
3. Client Communication
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide order status updates to clients and resolve basic queries.
4. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
• Assist the sales manager with monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.
5. Follow-ups
• Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for order confirmation, payments, and delivery feedback.
• Remind the finance/accounts team regarding pending collections.
6. Support to Manager
• Coordinate sales meetings, prepare presentations, and assist during client visits.
• Handle general administrative tasks to support smooth sales operations.
