Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive ensures every guest has a positive experience by providing personalized service, handling queries and complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Salary Range (India)

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month depending on location, experience, and organization type.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Maintain guest records and preferences for future reference.

• Assist in organizing special events or arrangements (birthdays, anniversaries, VIP visits, etc.).

• Follow up with guests post-service to ensure feedback and resolve concerns.

• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company service standards.

• Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable, polite, and service-oriented attitude.

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local language(s) is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS software).

Work Environment

Typically works in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or real estate front offices.

Requires flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
