• Education: Graduate in any discipline with ≥ 50% marks in X, XII & Graduation (regular mode only, no distance/open learning)

• Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of work experience

• Academic Gap: Maximum 1-year gap allowed between 10th till Graduation (medical or course-related)

Program Details & Training

• Duration: 21 days of online instructor-led training (approximately 168 hours); currently conducted virtually

• Curriculum: Sales and product training, banking processes, compliance, soft skills, communication, service orientation, role-plays, case studies

Placement & Role

• Designation: Relationship Manager (after completion of PGPRM)

• Posting: ICICI Bank branches across India (role confirmed only after certification)

• Sales and customer acquisition will be key responsibilities

Compensation

• CTC Range: ₹2.19 LPA – ₹2.85 LPA (varies with location & cadre)

• Salary is statutory with benefits as per ICICI Bank policy

• Fee: ₹42,000 + 18% GST (≈ ₹49,560 total)
