Program Structure

• Total Duration: 12 months

  • 4 months Residential Classroom Training at NIIT University

  • 3 months Paid Internship at Axis Bank branches

  • 5 months On-the-Job Training (OJT) as Assistant Manager – BRO

Certification & Role

• Certificate: Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services (PGDBS) from NIIT University

• Post-Training Role: Assistant Manager – Branch Relationship Officer (BRO) at Axis Bank
  

Compensation & Stipend

• Stipend during training: ₹5,000/month (first 4 months)

• Internship stipend: ₹24,491/month (months 5–7)

• Fixed CTC after joining: ₹4.40 lakh per annum (includes performance-linked pay & benefits)

• Total Earned During Program: Around ₹2.15 lakh
  

  Program Fee & Payment Options

• Program Fee: ₹2,37,288 + 18% GST

• Registration Fee: ₹2,119 + GST (approx.)

• Installment Plan:

  • Installment 1: ₹1,18,000 + GST (on admission)

  • Installment 2: ₹1,17,169 + GST (After 10 Days Period)

• Loan Facility: Available via Axis Bank (EMIs start 6 months after joining)
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Should be 21 to 30 years at the time of application

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate from any stream with ≥ 50% marks (final or aggregate) – regular mode only

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2–3 years work experience

• Restrictions: Not eligible if related to Axis Bank employees, under disciplinary proceedings, or convicted under criminal statutes
