About the Role

Blessing Foundation is looking for a confident and dynamic Female Relationship Manager to build and strengthen relationships with CSR Heads, Corporate Leaders, and senior decision-makers across India.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional English communication skills and the confidence to engage with CXOs, CSR Heads, HR Heads, and Corporate Affairs professionals. Her primary responsibility will be to connect with corporate decision-makers, introduce our CSR initiatives, and successfully schedule meetings for the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with CSR Heads, CSR Managers, HR Heads, and corporate decision-makers.

• Make professional outbound calls and emails to introduce the organization's CSR initiatives.

• Convince corporate representatives to schedule meetings with the senior leadership team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate partners.

• Follow up consistently and maintain a healthy meeting pipeline.

• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and corporate visits.

• Maintain CRM records, call reports, and follow-up status.

• Work closely with the CSR and Business Development teams to achieve partnership targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Confident personality with a professional approach.

• Strong telephone etiquette and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to speak with senior corporate professionals confidently.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience in Corporate Sales, CSR Partnerships, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
