Hiring: Relationship Manager

📍 Location: Santoshpur, Jadavpur, Kolkata

We are hiring a Relationship Manager. The role focuses on client relationship management and business growth through existing and potential channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and dealers who are existing from company's clients end.

Regularly engage with clients to strengthen relationships and generate repeat business.

Coordinate with franchise store teams to support sales and customer requirements.

Contribute to business growth through relationship building and client servicing.

Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Details

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🗓 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

❌ Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary & Benefits

Salary based on last drawn salary + 15% hike

Maximum budget: ₹25,000 in-hand

CTC: Approx. ₹30,000 (including PF & ESIC)

Additional ₹5,000 benefit via PF & ESIC

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduation (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

(Field Sales / Customer Sales / Relationship Officer / BPO / International Sales / Telesales / International Voice)

Language Preference:

Santoshpur (near Jadavpur, Thursdays):

Tamil & Kannada preferred
