Qualifications Required:

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

Relevant Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in loans.

Must have knowledge of Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Job Summary:

We are looking for proactive and dynamic Relationship Officers to join our team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in loan products such as Home Loans,

Mortgage Loans, and LAP. This role involves client interaction, understanding loan

requirements, and providing suitable financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify potential customers for loan products through various channels.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

 Explain product features, advantages, and benefits to customers.

 Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.

 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement of loans.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

 Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursal and customer acquisition.

 Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support.

Key Skills Required:

 Knowledge of Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, and LAP (Loan Against Property) products.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

 Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
