Are you a target-driven telecaller who knows how to talk to premium buyers, build trust on the phone, and lock in property site visits?

At BLR Realty, we don't do random cold calling or spam dead databases. We generate 100% high-intent inbound leads (IT professionals, corporate buyers, and investors). Your core target is simple: Qualify the lead, pitch the right project, and ensure the client reaches the site.

Key Responsibilities

Convert Inbound Leads: Call fresh, pre-qualified inbound leads within minutes (High Speed-to-Lead).

Drive Site Visits (Primary Focus): Pitch premium residential projects, handle client queries, and book confirmed property site visits for the field team.

Follow-up Rigor: Relentlessly follow up with interested prospects to make sure booked visits actually happen.

CRM Discipline: Log all calls, updates, and site visit schedules daily in our CRM system.

Collaborate with Sales: Coordinate directly with field sales leads (Mr. Bhavin Patel) to ensure smooth client handovers at the property site.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in Real Estate telecalling, outbound sales, or high-ticket B2C inside sales.

Target Mindset: Aggressive focus on site visit numbers. You measure your success by how many clients visit the site every weekend.

Languages: Fluent English & Hindi (Spoken Kannada is a huge advantage).

Communication Skills: Strong phone voice, excellent persuasion, active listening, and high confidence while speaking to corporate buyers.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with smartphone CRM apps and tracking daily calls.

​Minimum Eligibility Criteria

• ​Work Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in real estate Telecalling or high-ticket inside sales.

• ​Track Record: Proven, demonstrable track record of scheduling and converting inbound phone leads into actual on-ground site visits.

• ​Education: Graduate degree in any stream/domain (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.Tech, etc.).

• ​Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal communication in English and Hindi (ability to converse comfortably with corporate/IT clientele).

• ​Sales Mindset: High phone energy, target-oriented drive, and strong objection-handling ability.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
