Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing real estate team. Freshers with good communication skills and basic English understanding are welcome! You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our real estate services, and booking site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database

• Share information about available properties, pricing, and features

• Understand client needs and guide them accordingly

• Fix appointments and schedule site visits

• Maintain follow-up with interested leads

• Update call records and feedback in CRM

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills

• Basic understanding of English (Hindi/Marathi fluency is a plus)

• Confident and polite phone etiquette

• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated

• Freshers are welcome – training will be provided
