Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance management.
Support payroll coordination and leave management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administration
Oversee office administration and facility management.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
Manage office assets, inventory, and procurement.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Handle travel arrangements, courier services, and front-office coordination.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR & Administration.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
