Customer Support Executive – Collections (Voice Process)

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Voice Collections process at our Gurgaon office. This is a full-time, permanent role with fixed salary and incentives.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / Undergraduate
Minimum 1 year experience in any collections process
Good English & Hindi communication skills

Interview Process

AMCAT + Versant Assessment
Voice Versant: 60 & 25
Typing Test: 90

Salary & Benefits

CTC up to ₹5.8 LPA
In-hand salary approx. ₹39,379 per month
MIV incentive ₹3,500

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls related to collections
Follow up on pending payments and resolve queries
Maintain accurate customer and call records
Achieve daily and monthly targets
Follow process and compliance guidelines

Working Days & Shift

5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
Rotational shifts

📍 Interview Location: Virtual Rounds
