Role Overview
The Relationship Manager (Feet on Street) will act as the first point of contact for customers, managing leads, understanding requirements, coordinating site visits, and driving end-to-end property transactions.
Relationship Managers report to Area Managers, who are experienced RMs managing teams of 10+ members.

🎯 Role Purpose
To close residential property transactions, build long-term client relationships, and achieve monthly revenue targets through site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound & outbound leads for residential projects
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with clients and developers
• Drive negotiations, bookings, and closures
• Maintain accurate CRM updates (leads, visits, closures)
• Achieve monthly sales targets & revenue goals
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support

✅ Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate / MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience in real estate brokerage or developer sales preferred
