Key Responsibilities
Source and procure materials, consumables, tooling, and services as per production requirements.
Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and supplier follow-ups.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
Develop and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, schedules, dispatches, and delivery commitments.
Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.
Maintain procurement records, supplier data, and customer communication logs.
Prepare MIS reports related to purchases, supplier performance, and order fulfillment.
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Commerce, or Business Administration.
0-2 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Customer Support, or Supply Chain within manufacturing industries.
