Property Manager

A Canada-based property management company is seeking a Property Management Assistant.

Job Location: Remote

Working Hours: Night Shift (9:00 pm to 4:00 am Monday - Friday & 9:00pm to 1:00am on Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily administrative and clerical activities for the property management team.

· Handle emails, phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence from tenants, owners, vendors, and service providers.

· Maintain accurate tenant, property, lease, maintenance, and vendor records.

· Assist with lese documentation, renewals, notices, invoices, and other property-related paperwork.

· Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and contractors.

· Schedule inspections, appointments, repairs, and property viewings as required.

· Prepare reports, spreadsheets, notices, and other administrative documents.

· Assist with rent-related administrative follow-ups and payment records.

· Monitor outstanding maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up.

· Support property managers with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

· Organize digital and physical files and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.

· Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and related documentation.

· Coordinate communication between property owners, tenants, contractors, and management.

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Min 1 -3 years' experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

· Strong English communication skill.

· Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Ability to meet deadlines and support smooth property operations.
