Job Role:
1. Manage End-to-End Order Execution : Move every booking to the next stage on time – booking, follow-up, advance collection, fitting assignment, material arrangement, work start, monitoring, and completion. Ensure no order gets stuck at any stage.
2. Daily Coordination: Act as the communication link between salesmen, fitting partners, and warehouse. Confirm availability, arrange material, handle rescheduling, and manage timelines.
3. Customer Communication: Inform customers about installation dates, fitting duration, and required materials. Share timely updates and set the right expectations to avoid escalation.
4. Update CRM / Trackers. Update statuses such as 'advance received', 'fitter assigned', 'material arranged', and 'work started'. Upload required photos and update completion details.
5. Issue Handling : Solve common issues such as delays, material shortages, payment pending, or customer unavailability. Escalate important matters immediately to avoid project delays.
