Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other sales-related documents.
Handle customer queries and provide detailed product information during interactions.
Maintain knowledge of product features, market trends, and competitor positioning.
Coordinate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and support product improvements.
Support proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations and client trials when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Participate in sales meetings, customer visits, and trade shows as required.
