Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Pre-Sales Telecaller with experience in B2B Real Estate Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential business clients, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to meet lead generation and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce the company's real estate offerings.

• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.

• Identify client requirements and provide relevant project information.

• Schedule meetings and site visits for the Business Development/Sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

• Follow up with prospective clients to move them through the sales pipeline.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers and updates.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales/Telecalling, preferably in B2B Real Estate.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and regional languages.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into qualified leads.

• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience in commercial real estate, office space leasing, industrial/warehouse, or corporate real estate sales is preferred.

• Familiarity with lead generation platforms and digital sales channels is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
