Pre-Sales Executive

Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer – ELV (Female Candidate)

Location: Pune (Willing to travel if required)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Industry: ELV (Extra Low Voltage Systems)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in the ELV industry. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and supporting the sales team in closing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements for ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA System, Networking, etc.

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity), technical proposals, and cost estimations.

• Design system layouts and solutions based on project needs.

• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for pricing, specifications, and technical clarifications.

• Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.

• Prepare tender documents, compliance statements, and bid submissions.

• Conduct site visits when required for requirement analysis.

• Ensure timely submission of proposals and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ELV pre-sales or design.

• Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, FAS, Networking, etc.).

• Experience in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate preferred.

• Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred.

• Experience in handling corporate/commercial projects is an advantage.
