Post Sales Technical Support

CAD CAM Galaxy is an Authorized Sales and Training Partner with over 19 years of experience in providing industry-leading CAD/CAM software solutions and professional training. We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Application Engineer to provide post-sales technical support and implementation services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and activate CAD/CAM software at customer locations and through remote support.

• Provide post-sales technical support via phone, email, remote sessions, and on-site visits.

• Conduct software demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and basic user training.

• Troubleshoot software installation, licensing, and technical issues.

• Assist customers with software workflows, best practices, and implementation.

• Coordinate with software principals for advanced technical support and issue escalation.

• Generate and maintain service reports, installation reports, and support documentation.

• Support software upgrades, license transfers, and maintenance renewals.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction.

• Travel to customer locations whenever required.

Software Knowledge (Any One or More)

• Siemens NX CAD/CAM

• Solid Edge

• Autodesk Fusion

• Autodesk PowerMill

• AutoCAD

• Any other CAD/CAM software will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking basics, and software installation.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.

• Willingness to travel for customer support and installations.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and remote support tools.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Tool Engineering, or a related discipline.

• CAD/CAM certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Freshers with strong CAD/CAM software knowledge may apply.

• 1–5 years of experience in CAD/CAM software implementation, technical support, or application engineering will be preferred.

Working Hours

• Duty Hours: 10 hours per day (including break).

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

• Shift Timing: Any 10-hour shift scheduled between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, depending on customer commitments and operational requirements.

• Sunday: Candidates may be required to work between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, based on customer support requirements.

Salary

• Starting Salary: ₹18,000/- per month.

• Higher salary will be offered based on experience, technical knowledge, and interview performance. Additional Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

• Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Navi Mumbai, and nearby industrial areas.
